About Us
The Gavel Project is a non-profit (501(c)(3)) legal organization that was founded in October 2021 by Ryan Heath, an Arizona based attorney, and his wife, Jordan. As they watched the COVID mandate abuse unfold, they realized two things:
So many people recognized that what was happening was wrong but felt helpless to do anything to stop it.
With Ryan’s deep understanding of the Constitution and legal background, they were in a unique position to truly help stop the abuse and hold the individuals (not just institutions) responsible for their actions.
COVID mandate abuses were the catalyst to its founding, but TGP’s work extends far beyond. The Gavel Project aggressively and directly challenges the proponents of “woke” culture targeting children and families. We passionately stand up against Critical Race Theory (CRT) in schools, Gender Ideology and Grooming of children, Sex Trafficking, Domestic Abuse and more. We partner with incredible attorneys across the nation to fight on all fronts and extend our reach to where it will have the greatest impact.
The Gavel Project is overwhelmed by the number of calls for help. There is a crushing need to provide people with legal representation and fight to protect liberty and our children.
The Heath’s and Board Members have received no compensation for their work to date. All funds have gone toward litigation and overhead costs. We do not take contingency fees from our clients no matter how much money we may win for them in court. The Gavel Project is fueled by faith, hard work, truth and a ton of prayer. But our financial needs are also significant. To keep our mission going so that we may serve even more families in need, please consider supporting us.

“The main reason I want to fight this is for my family, but the reason I was hesitant to publicly fight this was because of my family. I cannot sit around any longer waiting for someone else to do something, I’m all in.”
